So, on that note, I’m proud to annoynce that I’m doing a free giveaway from the fabulous company We Love Colors!
We Love Colors is a company devoted to all things awesomely colored tights. They have over 51 different colors and are my go-to for hard-to-find styles.
I already own a few pairs of their tights, and will tell you right now that they’re awesome. Expect a full review soon, but I want to get this give-away going before I go on my epic summer vacation.
Here are the details. There are going to be two winners. (Double your chances! Better than the lottery!)
All you have to do is leave a comment with your name and email address, and tell me what kind/color of tights you would pick out, and what type of outfit you’d wear, as well.
(Like for me? I think my next purchase will be a pair of their teal tights to pair with my gray secretary skirt. How pretty would that be? Especially with a pair of charcoal gray pumps!)

I just want to say I LOVE that they have Plus Size stripes in more than three colors. I am in love with turquoise right now.

OK. If your boss will pick at random, what’s the motivation for being creative?
Anyway… Tights are my creative outlet in a corporate world. Kinda like ties for men. I’m currently craving deep burgundy tights for a chocolate business suit.

@Kittyflop Because being creative is awesome? I think I’d be too biased to pick the “most creative” answer, but I still would like to know how you’d wear them! I always need ideas!

this is awesome! i would totally want a pair of the Splash footless tights
(which they excitingly have in plus sizes! woohoo!) to wear with either one of my little black dresses or a really cute mod-like black and white dress i got from ross dress for less last year. that way i can wear the tights and my flip flops at the same time! yay for footlessness!

I’m a dancer and am ALWAYS looking for cool tights to wear! I love the electric blue footless ones.. the colors are all amazing!! I have dancer friends who love tights too, I’ll be telling them about the site!

I have never owned a pair of tights in my life and I would love to change that. I am dizzy with the colors possible and the splash they would make to my wardrobe. I’m thinking, a pair of basic black tights to go with a black business casual outfit, or charcoal as an unusual accent to a pair of capris I never wear and would like to.

I’d wear any color, bright happy colors – Rust, Orange, Aqua, Royal… I would go for full tights and I would wear them with a skirt or shorts.

I’ve uncomfortably avoided wearing skirts and dresses for SO long due to not being able to find hosiery that fit me right. These tights are a godsend!

I’d dig white non see through tights.
I’d use em for a Link costume. I tried finding said kind of tights for a party earlier this year, to no avail. To have these tights would be excellent.

I would like to try a bright color – maybe yellow or scarlet. Mostly I stick to browns and blacks for tights, but I’m thinking I need to get out of that rut. I think I’d try it with this really cute black with white polka dots skirt I have.

Enter me! I lean toward leopard-print tights, but have nowhere to wear them, so what I’d really buy is a deep teal or purple pattern to wear with my completely stick-in-the-mud business clothes to add some excitement to it all.

um I kind of love them all. right now though I’d wail on the gold ones. I think they’d be adorable with a brown minidress for fall.
Also love the emerald ones, that color is killer.

Yay for plus sizes! I would go with the color splash. They would be perfect to wear to Portland Pride festivities next year! Or, any chance I get to dress up kinda weird!

What? No bubble wrap tights? Oooh, or tights with ancient map graphics on them, I’d so rawk those.
I guess the matcha tights I could do a matcha faery some day, but I know someone in England that would oooze all over the splash colors. I like the 2305 or 2132.

hrm. i would pick either the splash in #2305 OR the vertical jagged stripe in yellow.
either way, they would stand to liven up my skirts and have me be more colorful. to match my personality.
and i might have to get some of those knee-high fishnets…thanks for showing me this! hahaha

If I won, I’d pick some men’s performance tights in Kelly or Emerald Green. Although, I’m not settled on the footed or footless. Probably footless so I wouldn’t get overheated.
I’d totally wear them with my brown work/hiking boots, my cutoff jean shorts, and a flannel or plaid shirt, ’cause I’m a big tree-lovin’ dork like that.

I’d be in to some striped tights for under a simple black dress. Or turquoise. Teal? Can’t decide! I just bought my first pair of tights a few weeks ago and was surprised how much I liked them. :)

I would get the plus size splash color ones in style/color 7205. I’ve got some rocking punky doll outfits that I could mix up in more ways if my tights were in those colors dye splashed. It would pull the whole concept together better.

I am totally digging the plus sized tights in amethyst! OMG! Purple is my FAVORITE color! I have the hardest time finding tights in fun colors that fit me! I would totally rock these in my preschool teacher job! I love wearing fun outfits. I would love to pair these with a denim skirt and grey sweater with ballet flats. The real fun is adding accessories! A cute headband and fun earrings! AWESOME!

Oh man, I’m so glad you’ve posted this site. It’s so amazing!
I’ve never really been one for tights much, but these, the small Nylon/Lycra MicroFiber Solid Color Tights, just look so incredibly comfortable. I have a pink and white cupcake patterned dress that I’ve worn around before, but have always felt like something is missing. It was probably the lack of tights. The lavender color would go so well with it. They just look so cute! =)

I’d get the pastel mint ones. I have shoes the same color, so I’d wear the two together with red short-shorts and a lacy white top.
(By the way, I’m in love with your blog layout. Yellow’s my absolute obsession; if I didn’t already have yellow tights, they would def be my request.)

I’ve definitely been in the market for some smokey gray tights. I would wear them with my vintage black mod mini-dress with the fab white collar and buttons. Fierce ankle boots would definitely accompany this ensemble ;)

I’m dancing around singing “Yo ho, yo ho! A pirate’s life for me!” and imagining myself in some plus sized red and white striped tights with black boots and a black minidress and waving a plastic sword around. I’m also having a little party in my pants because even if I don’t win, I’m going to find a way to make some neon green footless tights and purple and black striped tights a part of my fat-girl-in-tiny-skirts gender expression as soon as it gets to be fall. Score!

I would love a pair of maroon tights to go with my Steel combat boots, my short blue fluttery denim skirt (kinda has the shape of a very short petticoat) and a black tank I just got that makes my boobies look amazing.

wow wow.
um, for novelty i’d say the diamond pattern are completely unique and amazing. tights + boots are perfection, so i’d likely suit up in tights with a monochromatic scheme of some kind. i’d probably spend the bulk of my time staring at my legs.

Whoa, I love how many more comments than usual you have for this entry! Of course, I wouldn’t want to miss a giveaway like this– I hear great things about We Love Colors, but I’ve never tried them!
So, I would get the fuchsia tights– I’ve always wanted ones that color! I would probably wear them with a cute black dress and my black three-buckled high heels. Gotta love a “pop of color!”

oohhh I love the maroon and fuchsia and rubine! all the purple hues are amazing.
I’d wear these babies with my gray wool dress from Paris in the wintertime with my black booties. In the summer I’d wear them with a jean mini and flats!

Ooh, that is an exciting site. I’m not really brave enough for colors, but I would totally get a pair of those lacy fishnet thigh-highs. I wore a pair under my pants for a job interview and I felt badass. I would probably be boring and get teal or brown.

I would get them in the baby blue color and wear them with my lacy cream dress and a pair of saddle shoes or riding boots. Then I’d go to the park and swing until sun down.
